Born in Paris, raised in Côte d’Ivoire and professionally shaped in the United Kingdom, Cécilia has spent thirteen years building strategic partnerships, growing enterprise accounts and developing entrepreneurial ecosystems across Europe and Africa.

Across these roles, she recognised a common thread: sustainable growth begins with people. Coaching gave her a way to connect strategic thinking with deeper self-awareness. She trained as a professional coach and founded Studio Destinée as a space for leadership development and human transformation.

Today, Cécilia helps leaders, founders and organisations clarify their direction, strengthen their leadership and turn ambition into purposeful action. Through coaching, strategic consulting and tailored learning experiences, she supports them through consequential decisions, periods of transition and the challenges of growth. Her work also builds the partnerships and communities that help people learn, collaborate and sustain their progress.

Through her work with Entrepreneur State of Africa, Cécilia contributed to strategy, governance, partnerships and community growth alongside its founders. This experience strengthened her conviction that supportive ecosystems help leaders grow without carrying everything alone.

Cécilia holds a Professional Diploma in Transformational Coaching from Optimus Coach Academy. Her training programme is accredited by the ICF, EMCC and Association for Coaching. She holds EMCC Global EIA Practitioner accreditation and is working towards the ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential. Her academic background spans International Business, Financial Markets, Entrepreneurship and Management at master’s level.

Beyond her professional work, she is a happy wife and devoted mother of three. Family, faith and her multicultural heritage shape her perspective on leadership and living with intention.
