Our four main pathways are Private Coaching, Leadership Circles, Retreats & Transformational Experiences, and Corporate & Organisational Solutions. We also provide resources and community opportunities to support continued learning.

Start with Find Your Pathway, our free assessment taking around five minutes. If you prefer to talk, book a Discovery Conversation directly. You do not need to complete an assessment first.

This complimentary 30-minute conversation gives us space to discuss your goals, current situation and the support you are looking for. We explore whether Studio Destinée is a suitable fit and explain possible next steps. There is no obligation to book a paid service.

Version Up™ is our approach to growth through four stages: Discover, Align, Grow and Lead. We help you understand where you are, clarify what matters, develop the skills and habits you need, and apply them in how you lead yourself and others.

Find Your Pathway is a short, free tool to help you choose a service. The Version Up™ Assessment is a deeper reflection used within a tailored engagement. Neither tool is a clinical assessment or diagnosis.

Coaching helps you examine your thinking, clarify your choices and take ownership of your actions. Consulting brings advice and recommendations to a defined challenge. An engagement may combine both; we explain the approach and agree the scope with you.

Topics may include leadership confidence, career transitions, decision-making, communication, entrepreneurship, priorities and leading through change. We agree goals that reflect your situation.

Private Coaching offers one-to-one support centred on your goals and context. Leadership Circles bring people together for facilitated group coaching, shared learning and accountability.

The length, session frequency and format depend on your goals and chosen service. We explain the proposed schedule, scope and expectations before you commit.

You may work on agreed actions, reflection exercises or practical tools. Any resources, community activities or between-session support are set out in your package.

We work towards clearer thinking, stronger leadership and practical progress on your goals. Outcomes depend on your circumstances, participation and application; we do not guarantee a particular result.

No. Coaching supports reflection, development and action around agreed goals. It does not diagnose or treat mental health conditions and is not an emergency service.

Yes. We work with clients worldwide virtually. Selected in-person services may be arranged in London, Paris, Abidjan and Lagos, subject to availability and the engagement.

Studio Destinée works in English and French. Tell us your preferred language when enquiring so we can confirm the arrangements.

Fees depend on the service, scope and format. We provide the applicable price or a tailored proposal before you book. Your Discovery Conversation and Find Your Pathway assessment are complimentary.

Cancellation, rescheduling and refund arrangements are explained in the terms for your booking or programme. If your circumstances change, contact us as soon as possible at hello@studio-destinee.com.

We treat discovery and coaching conversations as confidential, subject to the limits in our Confidentiality Policy. Group participants are asked to respect confidentiality, but we cannot guarantee everyone’s conduct. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle personal information.

Your employer does not automatically receive private session content or coaching notes. Before an engagement starts, we agree what may be reported, such as attendance or agreed development objectives.

Yes. The Studio Destinée Community is a paid membership for new members and people continuing after an engagement, with learning, conversations, resources and opportunities to connect. Check the Community page for current fees and details.

Community access may form part of an engagement. Your offer explains whether it is included, for how long and what happens afterwards.

Yes. We design coaching, leadership programmes, workshops, facilitation and consulting around your organisation’s needs. Begin with a Discovery Conversation or contact us with your objectives, audience and timing.
